Joelle Bhullar Joelle Bhullar is a 2002 graduate of the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design. Since then she has exhibited work throughout the Fox Valley, Europe and India. In March of 2003, Artistic Options was formed to offer a variety of "artistic options" ranging from design and fine art to illustrations and printing services. In 2007 Joelle began working on designs for the Einstein Project in Green Bay, WI and thoroughly enjoys supporting science education through her art. She has also begun contributing all profits from her art toward donations to help children locally and abroad.
